Step 1: CREAM THE FOLLOWING IN FOOD PROCESSOR - 4 OZ CREAM CHEESE, 2 1/2 C CRUMBLED GUINNESS CHEESE, 1 TEASPOON DIJON, SPRINKLE OF SALT, 2 T GUINNESS OR OTHER DARK BEER, 1 T CHOPPED CHIVES, 2 T LEFTOVER CANNABIS PLANT MATTER (LPM), DASH OF TABASCO. FORM INTO BALL AND LEAVE IN FRIDGE TO HARDEN FOR 20 MINUTES.

LEFTOVER CANNABIS PLANT MATTER AFTER INFUSING INTO OIL OR BUTTER WILL HAVE 10-30% POTENCY OF ORIGINAL PLANT MATTER. I USED CANNIMED 4:10 FOR THIS RECIPE. *AS ALWAYS, START WITH A SMALL AMOUNT OF THIS SPREAD (1-2 TEASPOONS) AND WAIT 2 HOURS BEFORE CONSUMING MORE

STEP 2: ROAST 1/2 C HAZELNUTS IN OVEN AT 350 FOR 10-15 MINUTES. lET COOL AND ROLL WITH ROLLING PIN TO BREAK INTO PIECES. ADD 1 MORE TABLESPOONS CHOPPED CHIVES AND MIX.

STEP 3: REMOVE CHEESE BALL FROM FRIDGE AND ROLL IN HAZELNUT/CHIVE MIXTURE. PLACE IN FRIDGE ONCE MORE TO HARDEN TO DESIRED CONSISTENCY. SERVE WITH CRUDITES
